Authenticity Guarantee
Every watch we sell is authenticated by a watchmaker before it's listed. If a watch bought from us is ever shown not to be genuine, we will refund the full purchase price.
Waqt Time Co. is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or an authorised dealer of Rolex, Omega, Tudor, Cartier or any other brand we sell. Brand names are used only to describe the watches offered.
Shipping
Every watch is sent fully insured, in discreet packaging, and a signature is needed on delivery.
- Watches usually ship within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared.
- You'll receive tracking details as soon as your watch ships.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Returns
If a watch isn't right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- The watch must be returned in the same condition, with everything it came with (box, papers, tags, extra links).
- Unworn watches must still have their protective stickers in place.
- Contact client care first and we'll arrange insured return shipping.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the watch.
Warranty
Unworn watches
Covered by any remaining manufacturer warranty shown on the watch's papers.
Pre-owned watches
Covered by a 12-month Waqt mechanical warranty from the date of delivery, which covers the movement's timekeeping and function.
Not covered
- Normal wear, including scratches to the case, bracelet or crystal.
- Straps, which wear naturally over time.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, water entry, or work by other watchmakers.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiries, process your purchase or sale, and, if you choose, tell you about new arrivals.
- We never sell your personal information.
- Enquiries are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and seen only by our team.
- Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
- You can unsubscribe from emails with one click.
This site doesn't use advertising cookies.
Terms of Sale
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. A price change won't affect a sale already confirmed. Each watch is a single piece, and a reservation is confirmed only once we've contacted you and agreed the sale.
We may cancel a sale in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if the watch is no longer available, and will refund any payment in full.
Photos and descriptions are of the actual watch where provided. Illustrations are clearly marked.
